Poetry SLAM!!!

Hello fellow humans! (Maybe aliens)

Today my class and I had to write a poem for a Akohiko poetry slam.

We got to pick what we wanted to write about so of course (Being the space lover I am) I wrote about the night sky, and I know I said maybe aliens and I love space.... I'm totally not an alien from #^%$&!....

Okay anyway lets get into it I hope you like it!

I really enjoyed making this and my favourite part was probably making the background, the only thing I found hard was probably trying to get rhyming words that made sense for the poem but other than that I had a lot of fun making this.

I find it funny because I actually used to hate making poems before this one so I think it turned out really good seeing as I don't make poems much!

I think my next steps are to make the poem a bit longer.

Future jobs?

Hello everyone! So we did this a few weeks ago and I forgot to post it so I’ll post it now! With this, we were looking at different jobs we might want to do when we are older. We had to put some information about five different jobs. Here is mine!

When I did this I enjoyed finding out more about the different jobs because they are jobs I would maybe like to do when I’m older.
Some things I found challenging was getting the right information for the job and if I were to change it I would probably add a small part for each job saying what it’s about.

Week 9 Cybersmart.

Today we did cyber smart and we were learning about Blog profiles.
At the start of the lesson we read what was on the profiles of Joseph Parker and Dame Valerie Adams.
After we had done that we had to read another students blog profile and then write down what we found on it ( as you can see below ) next we had to make our own blog profile my one is underneath the learn part I hope you like it!

Cybersmart Week 8.

Today we did the create task for Exploring Blogs. What we did was make a info graphic I hope you like my one I used a whole lot of gradient colours which I think are really pretty and it turned out quite well!
